Once your products are shipped, our full-service merchandise team takes over. Our warehouse features three loading docs, forklift service, and the capability to receive everything ranging from small packages to pallets.
STEP 2
Product Sorted

Our team unpacks your products, catalogs them in our studio’s production platform, and spot-checks for product and packaging flaws that could later interfere with photography. During our check-in process, we offer additional services, including product weights and measures.
STEP 3
Product Photographed

Our professional studio photographers use leading 360-degree automated robotics to capture your product from all angles. During your project, our team will consult with you to understand your goals and provide best-practices to ensure you get the most out of your imagery.
STEP 4
Images Approved

After our quality control specialists review your images, we’ll provide you with previews to ensure we’ve met your needs. In addition to photography, we also offer post-production services, such as image retouching. Once you’ve confirmed the images meet your expectations, we’ll deliver them to you.
STEP 5
Content Developed Online

If you’re planning to host spin images on your website, our dedicated tech staff will help you select the right 360° viewer. If you want to send your images to a distributor or retailer, we can name and transfer files for a growing list of e-commerce platforms.
STEP 6
Products Returned, Donated, or Disposed

At the conclusion of your project, we’ll get your products to the right destination. Our merchandise team will handle packing and shipping for product returns. For CPG or food-service products, you may opt to have them donated. We coordinate with Chicago-area food banks to donate goods for those in need.
